Namibia is not only focusing on oil and gas but also has ambitious plans for green hydrogen. The country will take part in a dialogue in South Korea on "Financing a Clean and Equitable Industry Decarbonisation." There is a growing understanding of the nexus between Namibia's green hydrogen aspirations and its emerging oil and gas sector, with a focus on creating a diverse energy mix for the future. The country has also secured $250 million in funding from the Climate Investment Funds (CIF) to accelerate green hydrogen projects and decarbonization.
